Last night I attended a presentation at the Town Hall by Peel Holdings for their Wirral Waters vision. This enormous project will completely regenerate the Birkenhead waterfront, Vittoria Dock, East Float and Bidston Moss. The plan is very futuristic but works on a similar idea to Salford Quays in Manchester where living, working and leisure time is all on the waterside.
